Acceptable Use Policy
What Go360Live may be used for, what it may not, and what happens when these rules are broken.
Effective 17 October 2026
Go360Live is a live 360° video platform for remote consultations, remote site inspections, and the collaborative evaluation of events and locations. This Acceptable Use Policy sets out the rules that everyone who uses the platform must follow. It applies to every account holder, every participant who joins a session, and every camera, rig or device that streams through the platform. It forms part of our Terms of Use; by using Go360Live you agree to it. Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle the information involved.
1. Use the platform for its purpose
Go360Live exists so that people who cannot be somewhere in person can see it, assess it and advise on it: a specialist consulting on a patient from another city, an engineer inspecting a site, an insurer or planner evaluating a venue, a team reviewing a location together. Use the platform for professional, lawful activity of that kind. Do not use it as a general broadcasting, entertainment or social video service.
2. Prohibited content and conduct
You must not use Go360Live to stream, record, store, share or request any of the following.
Sexual content
- Pornography or any sexually explicit content.
- Nudity or sexual content presented for sexual purposes. Clinical imaging of a patient’s body that is necessary for a legitimate medical consultation, conducted with the consents the law requires, is not prohibited by this clause but is subject to section 3.
- Sexual solicitation, escort services or the arrangement of sexual services.
Child sexual abuse and exploitation
- Any content that sexualizes, sexually exploits or sexually abuses a minor, whether real, simulated, drawn or generated. There is no exception.
- Grooming, enticement or any attempt to arrange contact with a minor for an improper purpose.
- Streaming or recording minors without the authority of a parent or legal guardian and a legitimate purpose such as a medical consultation.
We treat this category with zero tolerance. We terminate the account immediately, preserve the evidence, and report to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and to law enforcement, as the law requires of us.
Hate
- Content that attacks, dehumanizes or promotes hatred or discrimination against people on the basis of race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, caste, disability, age, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, serious disease or immigration status.
- Symbols, slogans or material of hate groups used to promote them.
- Denial or glorification of genocide or crimes against humanity.
Violence and threats
- Threats of violence against any person or group, or encouragement of others to commit violence.
- Content that glorifies, celebrates or instructs acts of violence, terrorism or violent extremism, or that promotes or supports a terrorist or violent extremist organization.
- Gratuitous depictions of violence, gore, injury or death shared for shock or entertainment. Streaming a scene of injury, disaster or crime for a legitimate medical, emergency, inspection or evaluation purpose is permitted, subject to section 3.
- Animal cruelty.
Harassment and abuse
- Harassment, bullying, intimidation or humiliation of anyone, whether a participant in a session or a person who appears on camera.
- Doxxing: publishing someone’s private information, address, contact details or identity documents.
- Stalking, or using the platform to track, monitor or follow a person without their knowledge.
Illegal and dangerous activity
- Planning, committing, facilitating or promoting a crime.
- The sale or promotion of illegal drugs, illegal weapons, counterfeit goods, stolen property or human trafficking.
- Content that promotes, encourages or instructs self-harm or suicide.
- Fraud, scams, phishing, impersonation of any person or organization, or misrepresentation of who you are or whom you act for.
Infringement of the rights of others
- Content that infringes copyright, trademarks, trade secrets or other intellectual property.
- Content that breaches a confidentiality or non-disclosure obligation you are under.
- Content that defames a person or organization.
3. Consent, privacy and the people on camera
A 360° camera sees everything around it. You are responsible for everyone and everything it captures.
- Consent. Obtain the consent of the people you stream or record where the law or professional ethics require it, and respect a refusal. Where a person lacks capacity, obtain consent from someone authorized to give it.
- Patients. If you use Go360Live for medical consultations you must comply with the laws that protect patient information in the jurisdictions involved, including, in the United States, HIPAA, and you must hold the patient authorizations those laws require. You are the custodian of that information; Go360Live acts on your instructions.
- Recording laws. Comply with the laws on audio and video recording that apply where the camera is and where the participants are, including laws that require the consent of all parties.
- Private places. Do not stream from a place where people have a reasonable expectation of privacy (homes, bathrooms, changing rooms, patient rooms) without the authority of those concerned.
- Restricted locations. Do not stream from a location where photography or video is prohibited, such as secure facilities, courtrooms or sites subject to export control, without the required permission.
- Covert use. Do not hide or disguise the camera, or use the platform for secret surveillance of anyone.
4. Security and integrity of the platform
You must not:
- Probe, scan, penetrate or test the vulnerability of the platform, or breach or circumvent any security or authentication measure, except under a written agreement with us.
- Access an account, session, stream, recording or data that is not yours, or share your credentials, camera keys or session links with people who are not entitled to them.
- Introduce malware, or interfere with the operation of the platform or the experience of other users.
- Use bots, scrapers or other automated means to access the platform, or send unsolicited messages through it.
- Reverse engineer, copy, resell, sublicense or rent the platform, or use it to build a competing service.
- Use the platform in a way that places an unreasonable load on it or on the networks it depends on.
5. Not for emergencies
Go360Live is a consultation and evaluation tool, not an emergency service. It depends on the internet connections at both ends and may be unavailable or interrupted. Never rely on it as the only means of summoning help, and always follow the emergency procedures of your organization.
6. Your responsibility for your sessions
The account holder is responsible for every session started under the account and for everyone they invite into it, including guests who join without an account. Make sure the people you work with know these rules. If someone you invite breaks them, we may hold your account responsible.
7. How we enforce this policy
We may, with or without notice and in our sole judgment, take any of the following steps when we believe this policy has been or is about to be broken:
- end a live session;
- remove or disable access to content;
- suspend or terminate an account, a camera or the access of an organization to the platform, without refund;
- preserve content and account information as evidence;
- report the matter to law enforcement, regulators or other authorities, and cooperate with their investigations;
- pursue legal remedies.
We are not obliged to monitor sessions, and we generally do not. Live video is seen by the participants the account holder invites, not by us. We act on reports, on what we encounter in operating the service, and on legal requests. Where a report concerns child sexual abuse material we act immediately and we do not notify the account holder in advance.
8. Reporting a violation
If you see this policy being broken, tell us through the contact form, giving the date and time of the session, the account or organization involved if you know it, and what you saw. If a child is in danger or a crime is in progress, contact your local emergency services first.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when it last changed. Continued use of Go360Live after a change means you accept the updated policy.
